CHERYL GRANT, a very successful Interior Design and Consumer Trend Consultant and Public Speaker brings over 25 years of corporate experience with her as a principal of R. C. Grant and Associates Ltd.

Cheryl’s corporate background centered on home décor and included domestic and international buying, product design and brand development. She is considered an expert in consumer studies and lifestyle trends. As a senior buyer and corporate executive Cheryl has played the lead role in developing products and national brand strategies across Canada, the United States and Europe.

In addition to consulting Cheryl has been a much sought after keynote speaker and design workshop facilitator since the early 1980’s specializing in Consumer Profiles, Interior Design Trends and Brand Management. Acknowledged as a highly informative and candid speaker Cheryl is equally comfortable in the boardroom or a large auditorium.

Over the past decade, Cheryl has used her company’s research and consulting services to help clients shape powerful new product and marketing strategies. Praised as a ‘down to earth’, highly collaborative consultant/trainer, her clients include retailers, designers and manufacturers, companies such as Springs Canada, Sears Canada, Proctor and Gamble, Steven and Chris, Gluckstein Design, House and Home Magazine, Torlys Industries, Beaulieu Canada and many many more.

RUSS GRANT, a principal of RCGrant and Associates. He brings over 20 years of experience in retail in both sales management and store operations as well as a strong insight into the buying, merchandising and marketing functions. Russ’s primary focus with RCGrant is in providing key support in the initial stages of building license partnerships, during contract negotiation and facilitating the working process as part of an ongoing relationship. Russ is a business major who brings a broad depth of business and related experience along with an easy going and engaging style that helps to ensure relevant issues are tabled and addressed while helping to build value for our clients and their license partners.

CRISTA GODIN-WEBB, the Executive Assistant at RCGrant and Associates, has over 8 years of experience in management and office administration along with strong organizational skills. Crista’s key focus with RCGrant is to provide social media and brand support for our clients; research, coordination and hands-on support for client specific marketing initiatives; and a creative eye to the construction of design and marketing materials. Crista uses her project and people management skills to ensure project deadlines are met in a timely fashion with results that meet or exceed client’s expectations.

ALEXIS GRANT, Alexis joins us as a recent graduate from the University of Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Alexis’s primary focus within the RCGrant organization is to offer web site support plus act as the primary contact for our Social Media network.
