Steven & Chris at the Canadian Furniture Show on June 7, 2015
Montréal, December 2, 2014 – Visitors to the Canadian Furniture Show will be treated to a rare personal appearance by highly acclaimed design experts, Steven Sabados and Chris Hyndman, well-known for their daily television Show Steven and Chris, on CBC. Their highly anticipated appearance will be presented during Consumer day, on Sunday June 7, at 1 p.m.
Steven and Chris joined forces in 1992 to share their fresh, fun and fabulous take on all things beautiful for the home. Introduced to North America via HGTV, this dynamic duo soon became everyone’s favourite design team, with three different programs viewed in over 80 countries. Their success and devoted fan base came to the attention of the CBC, resulting in the highly acclaimed daytime program “Steven and Chris”! For one hour every weekday they engage in lively discussion and share the latest style solutions for everyday living. Now syndicated in the US market, this team has gained the respect and love of audiences both young and “not so young.”

The Canadian Furniture Show has been held since 1972 and is produced by the Quebec Furniture Manufacturers Association. The only national furniture show in the country and the 7th largest trade show in Canada, it brings together industry professionals, manufacturers, retailers, designers, and others, from Canada, the United States and all over the world, to display their latest collections and trends. The 2015 Show will be held from June 4 to June 7, at The International Centre, in Mississauga, Ontario, and will feature more than 300 exhibitors, including 50 Canadian furniture manufacturers, and welcome some 7,000 trade visitors.
